You must pay after each appointment, unless you have made other arrangements with our Patient Services team beforehand. You will get a receipt at the end of each session which can be used for tax or health insurance companies. Please check on the payment methods accepted in each clinic.
Of course, but the cost of a Home Visit will include travel time from the clinic so the cost of treatment may be higher. Please call us for more details.
Only those who are in 3rd level education with a valid student card can avail of our student discount price.

The initial consultation with our Speech & Language therapist is a relaxed 30 minute assessment, we take a detailed case history of the nature of the communication difficulty, its onset and impact. We take a holistic view of the person discussing how the communication difficulty impacts in areas of your life from occupational, social, academic and self concept. From this we can plan for further assessment and intervention; we will work collaboratively with you to set joint goals with an individualised plan for treatment.
Yes, all of our Speech & Language Therapists are qualified from University with a B.Sc or M.Sc (Hons) in Speech & Language Therapy and have ample experience working with individuals in both public and private health settings. They have also undertaken training in many specific professional courses and other post graduate courses depending on their specific area of expertise.
Early intervention is an important part in helping a child’s communication development. If you are concerned that your child’s speech or language skills may be delayed or there are communication difficulties you should contact a Speech & Language Therapist. A full assessment may not be required at this stage, so the 30 minute initial consultation is used to discuss any concerns and worries you may have.
You may return your purchase for a full credit of the purchase price if the items are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be suitable for resale and in the original packaging.
Used items are non-returnable. Items that were purchased greater than 30 days but less than 60 days are returnable but subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from the credit issued to your credit card. Items purchased greater than 60 days are not refundable. Purchases of Medical devices, including but not limited to, Respiratory Care Devices, Prescription Orthotics, TENS and Muscle Stimulation Devices, Exercise Equipment and Home Diagnostic Equipment may be returned for a complete refund if the product is damaged or defective. Used products that are not defective and that are prescription devices (eg orthotics) or products that go on the skin or touch the skin during normal use cannot be returned as they cannot be restocked for cross infection purposes.
If you wish to return an item, simply email customer service anytime and include the receipt number, item number, and quantity you wish to return. Within 2 days you will receive your Return Authorisation number as well as the return shipping address to ship the item. Write the Return Authorisation number on a prepaid shipping label and return the item to the location provided.
